The time of all relay runners over the last 500 meters of the RUN course is recorded and if you add up all the times of the team, you get a total time.
The 500 of Oldambt is not about the fastest time, but the time that the team gives in advance to the RUN organization.
The team that comes closest to the estimated time is the winner, especially if you have the time exactly right.
